The program cost ($2,800 USD) includes food, accommodation, local transportation to program visits, local activities, and airport transfers from the Aurangabad airport to the PACE Centre. Please note that airfare is not included. Participants are responsible for booking and paying for their flights to and from Aurangabad.
The participants will stay at the PACE Centre, equivalent to a 3-star hotel in India. The center has AC, internet and hot water. The participants will stay in double rooms which they will share with fellow participants.
No, the participants take part on their own in the program. Parents or guardians can choose to accompany their children on the journey to India. Participants will be supervised by Pratham staff and parent chaperones during their stay.
This Program will be offered between July 21st and August 1st, 2025 only.
No. Participants need to be present for the whole duration to get the most out of the program.
Food will be prepared daily onsite. A menu will be set in advance with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and accommodating any allergies or dietary restrictions.
Participants' families will arrange for their travel to Aurangabad. Pratham staff will suggest flights from New Delhi and Mumbai to the Aurangabad airport, and families can connect in advance to match travel plans if convenient. Once the student lands at the Aurangabad airport, a Pratham driver will meet them at baggage claim to bring them to the PACE Centre. All travel between arrival in Aurangabad and returning to the Aurangabad airport on departure day is managed by Pratham.
Yes, all participants must have travel insurance for their trip.
