Since 2005, Pratham’s Youth & Skilling program has been creating pathways for young people to earn income. By promoting economic self-sufficiency for young adults through training and job placement, we focus on turning potential into opportunity. Graduates earn up to three times more than before.

Participants in our Youth & Skilling programs receive support well beyond training. Our program also provides guidance to graduates to help them adapt to new environments, navigate workplace expectations, and secure housing.
